Loved this book and his style of writing and the author beautifully and articulately breaks down the incredibly comprehensive history, along with the objective functions on the brain, coupled with the subjective interpretations and experiences of many therapy participants and not only does he provide this detailed information and this book is so perfectly timed, not to mention culturally long overdue and these substances evoke powerful lasting experiences among subjects that is impossible to ignore but somehow we have done so for half a decade and i believe this book will open some minds up as we proceed to remove the stigma and misconceptions of these important therapeutic options that have been wrongly removed from access to the common men and women who need them and anyone with an open mind will enjoy this book both as entertainment and as education and the overarching theme of this book is that being positive is a choice, and that’s easily enough to understand and along the way, though, the author makes it clear that it’s the small things (like eating right, and distancing one’s self from excessive negativity) that will do the most good and the author did a great job in giving a detailed explanation on the fundamentals of self-mind control and to practical activities you can do to enhance and improve your positive outlook in life.
